This hand manages the volume lash tweezer or straight tweezer responsible for picking up lashes, crafting fans, dipping them in adhesive, and affixing them. It’s quite a workload for a single hand! Hence, the correct grasp of the eyelash tweezer becomes significantly crucial.
HOW TO POSITION YOUR HAND DURING LASH APPLICATION
In your dominant hand, employ your thumb and ring finger to exert pressure on the tweezers, bringing them together. Optimal strength and precision can be achieved by holding the lash tweezers closer to the base. Meanwhile, your index finger rests higher up on the tweezer, offering additional support. To achieve the best stability, ensure that three of your fingers are in contact with the eyelash extension tweezer.
Holding the tweezers higher up and excluding the ring finger from the equation could result in subpar control of the lash tweezer. This misalignment could lead to disintegrated fans, lashes twisting sideways, or extensions slipping out of the tweezers’ grip.
